Premier Smiles

I have been a patient here for the past 2 years roughly and in that time the best thing I can say this Premiere Smiles location has is they are open and receptive to feedback. The team has always been kind and caring in the way they approach procedures. Always checking in on pain / anxiety levels etc. Dr. Jean recently has been really present in ensuring I am recovering well after my tooth extraction.

Premier Smiles is a great Dentistry office...from the front desk staff, Amira and the other young ladies, to the dental hygienist I have encountered, and the most recent dental assistant I encountered..Dolcy! She was amazing! You can definitely tell she has been in the Dentistry field for quite some time and knows her craft! I also cannot forget the Doctor of Dentistry Surgery himself...Dr. Marcus who comes off as cool and very collected. He shows a genuine concern when I am having teeth issues. I would definitely recommend!

The office is amazing. The fridge is stocked with plenty of cold beverages that are healthy for you. They didn’t make me feel bad about the condition of my smile. They just reassured me that it would be fixed, and it was not anything that they could not work with …The staff everyone The Dentist Plus professional he took his time while doing my exam and everything was just so amazing. I have been afraid to go to the dentist for years because of past bad experiences, but I was so reassured today with everything I received from my x-rays to my consultation a special, thanks to the receptionist who went above and beyond to make sure my plan was covered under my insurance. Thank you, Amira Tatiana, the dental hygienist, and Leslie, who is the account manager, they worked up a plan for me so that I am scheduled to get my work to start in the first phase in July. I am so excited I have been putting this offer for so long, but they reassured me that it’s gonna be OK and that they had me covered. Thank you, Premier Smiles.

I’ve been a patient at Premier Smiles for over 10 years, and my experience continues to be excellent every single visit. My most recent cleaning was no exception. The hygienist was new, but she was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional. She made the appointment comfortable and even kept the conversation engaging while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. The doctor is always on point. His expertise and attention to detail are truly impressive, and it’s clear he takes pride in providing great care to his patients. After more than a decade of coming here, I can confidently say I have no plans of going anywhere else. If you’re looking for a dental office that is skilled, professional, and consistently delivers great service, Premier Smiles is the place to go.
